Recently this article, titled "The Most Magnificent Bookstore in the World," was brought to my attention.

If you like books and bookstores, I would strongly urge you to visit this site:

As a teaser I am adding this photo of its interior.

Hi Rizal,

Actually I had you in mind when I chose to do this post. You often write enthusiastically about books and bookstores in your blog so I had come to the conclusion you have a passion for both.

Hello again, Louis! That is a magnificent bookstore indeed, but very posh! I wonder how conducive to browsing it really is. Proletariat that I am, give me a thrift store with dog-eared copies of Bertrand Russell and Ayn Rand any day!

Well, CO'78, bookstores tend to be very egalitarian places, even when they have snooty British names, so I am sure they'd make you feel most welcome. Besides, the citizens of Buenos Aires are very simpáticos.
